On January 9, 2025, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky issued a ruling in vacating the Title IX 2024 regulations. Therefore, effective January 9, 2025, all concerns related to sexual harassment will be reviewed following 51动漫 Title IX Policy that was in effect prior to August 1, 2024.
